At Union of Surf, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
  • During busy periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method selected.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any qualifying order values or conditions will be displayed on our website.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note these are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or courier delays.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Tracking Your Order

Where available, tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Union of Surf cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll work with the courier to investigate the shipment.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
